The score for Catwalk Continuüm is ready: hundreds of carefully folded outfits are divided among hundreds of transparent bags. After months packed with (inter)national try-outs, we are ready for our Oerol adventure!
For ten days, we’ll ‘catwalk’ through wind and weather, from east to west across Terschelling. In this newsletter, we look back visually on the try-outs and look ahead to this special moment—for those on the island, and for those staying at home.
Because let’s be honest: this is truly a dream come true. 🫶

CATWALK CONTINUÜM
Outfits change, bodies move, and time fades—in an unending stream of outfit changes, we immerse you in our hypnotic and continuous performance. As familiar clothing combinations morph into new archetypes, Catwalk Continuüm plays with the endless flexibility of who we are (and the mess we leave behind because of it).
This ultimate catwalk is based on our years-long fixation with collecting human types through outfits. As hundreds of outfits pass by to the rhythm of live music, you control your own experience and can stay as long as you like.
For the Oerol visitor: check out the schedule and plan your visit. ⬇️

Oerol Podcast & Opium on Oerol
Whether you travel to the island or not—you can still catch a glimpse of our adventure.
Dide Vonk from the Oerol Podcast visited us at Theater De Nieuwe Vorst for an episode about our work. We talked about the origins of Catwalk Continuüm, why this project is so essential to us, and why it feels like the ultimate Oerol adventure.
Additionally, we’ll appear on Opium op Oerol on TV. Keep an eye on the broadcast on NPO2 (every weekday at 19:55) for a feature about our performance.
For those with Instagram: Also follow AVRO/TROS’s art channel for a potential takeover of their account ;-).

FOLDABLE SCENOGRAPHY
What’s the advantage of clothing? You can fold it just the way you like. The same goes for our scenography. The semi-transparent bags can meander, form straight lines, and make symbols. Each location becomes a space to be played with. On Oerol, beach, dunes, forest, and meadows await us.
